I am the person solely responsible for this blog, this web site, and all of its content. The site has been online since 1999, although the blog has really only been going in earnest since 2007. It is basically just a forum for me to express my thoughts on baseball, a sport I have loved since I was a little kid. I hope readers will find something worthwhile to read here; comments and discussion are welcome.
Some random baseball-related things about me:
- I was named after Ted Williams (even though my father had never been to Boston, nor have I to this point).
- I was a left-handed hitter and pitcher.
- I was the batting champion of my Little League when I was 12 years old. (My team still finished in last place, though.)
- I am a Los Angeles Dodgers fan, having adopted the team when I lived in Los Angeles for 16 years. I currently live in Oregon, so I also follow the Seattle Mariners, as they are the closest MLB team and I get to watch them on TV a lot.
